Four reports follow a student from Grade 1 through Grade 12, each timed to what's actually being decided at that age — not a generic personality quiz repeated every year. Radar sits alongside them as a separate product, tracking the exams and scholarships that follow. Nothing here replaces your own judgment, or a counsellor's if you choose one. RIASEC (Holland, 1959)
Measures career interest across six types — Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional. The most widely used vocational-interest framework globally; your strongest two types form the "code" behind Compass and Focus.
Gardner's Multiple Intelligences (1983)
Measures how a mind naturally works, across eight strength types — from logical-mathematical to musical to interpersonal. Used in Spark and Signal, since a young child has strengths well before career interests form.
Big Five (IPIP)
The most scientifically validated personality model — Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Emotional Stability. Adds a "working style" layer to Compass's detailed report, on top of the interest code.
All three are public-domain, decades-old, peer-reviewed frameworks — not proprietary tests. We write our own questions based on the published theory; no licensed instrument is used or needed.
