StreamWise — Career-Fit Intelligence
How the 4 reports work — not Radar

Four steps. No judgment calls. No one deciding for you.

The entire system is a transparent pipeline from your answers to your reading — every step checkable, nothing interpreted by a person along the way.

STEP 01

Answer

A grade-matched questionnaire — observed-behaviour items for Grades 1–5, direct self-report from Grade 6 up.

STEP 02

Score

Every answer adds points to one of six interest types. A plain count — the same arithmetic Holland's original paper instrument used.

STEP 03

Match

Your strongest two types form a code. The code maps to established stream and career pairings — a lookup, not an opinion.

STEP 04

Report

The reading is assembled and delivered instantly — with matched Radar access attached. The decision stays entirely yours.

The frameworks behind the scoring
RIASEC Model
Holland, J.L. (1959). A theory of vocational choice. Journal of Counseling Psychology, 6(1), 35–45. The six interest types — Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional — that underpin career-fit scoring from Grade 6 upward.
Multiple Intelligences
Gardner, H. (1983). Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Basic Books. Eight intelligence dimensions used in Grades 6–8 (Signal) to surface dominant strengths beyond academic performance.
Big Five Personality
McCrae, R.R., & Costa, P.T. (1987). Validation of the five-factor model of personality across instruments and observers. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 52(1), 81–90. Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism — used in Focus and Compass to contextualise stream fit.

Radar isn't a questionnaire — it's a live, filtered list. It works differently from the four steps above.
