Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This is a plain-language summary, written to be genuinely readable. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should be treated as a working draft pending that review before commercial launch.
The short version
Every StreamWise product is digital and delivered instantly. Because of that, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered — the same standard most digital-goods and instant-delivery services follow.
By product
| Product | Refundable? |
|---|---|
| Spark, Signal, Compass, Focus (detailed reports) | No, once the detailed report has been generated and delivered — this happens instantly after your deep-round questions are submitted. |
| Radar (academic-year access) | No, once access has been activated and your first Radar page has loaded. |
When we will make an exception
- Technical failure on our end: if payment was successful but your report or Radar access genuinely failed to generate or deliver due to an error on StreamWise's side, we will re-deliver it or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same product due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
What isn't covered
- Changing your mind after receiving a report or accessing Radar.
- Selecting the wrong grade, stream, or class group at purchase — each report and Radar's own class/board/stream fields are clearly labelled before you pay, so please check before confirming.
- Disagreement with a report's result or interpretation — every report explains its scoring transparently before you purchase the detailed version, via the free snapshot.
How to request a refund
If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, contact us at the email listed on our homepage with your registered email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few working days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
